Primalti is the international checkout for Shopify and WooCommerce brands. We invoice your customers in our own name, collect tax across 60+ markets, manage refunds and disputes, and settle the net of your sales to your bank.
Why we're building this
Most direct-to-consumer brands stay bottled up in their home country long after they've outgrown it — not because the demand isn't there, but because the work to sell across a border is wildly out of proportion to the team behind the store. VAT registration in every market, local payment methods, currency display, refunds in the local language, chargeback paperwork: every line item is a project, and most operators reasonably decide to pass.
We're building Primalti so that a Shopify or WooCommerce brand can flip a switch and have the cross-border layer just exist — invoiced, taxed, settled, with a single reconciliation file every week.
Where we are
Sandbox is open for design partners. We're onboarding the first merchants now, building alongside Shopify and WooCommerce stores across Europe, the UK and the US, and shipping against a short, public roadmap. Commercial launch is planned for 2026.
Who's behind Primalti
Primalti LLC is a Delaware company, owner Reid Chris Eugene, operating from Los Angeles. The team is small and distributed across Europe and the US, with operating backgrounds in cross-border e-commerce, payments and platform compliance. We onboard each design partner ourselves — there is no self-serve signup until commercial launch.
How we run the cross-border stack
We don't build tax registration, sanctions screening or KYB from scratch — we contract them out to established compliance partners and own the integration layer. Every brand that connects to Primalti goes through identity and beneficial-owner verification before it can go live, and every order is screened for sanctions and fraud before we capture funds. We name our current compliance partners in the data-processing agreement we share with each design partner.
